Now its coffee. I don't drink any more. When I did, mixed drink of choice was Crown and Coke. I would do C&C's and inbetween I would shoot Jose 1800 straight, unchilled, no training wheel. Thats what the local bartender told me it was called when I ordered it. lol. Jose straight is how I ordered it. Really though, if it was liquor, I would drink it.
I enjoy most Kentucky Bourbons. Love me some Woodford Reserve. For the price, I most always end up drinking Fireball Whiskey. (Most always means I always have a few handles sitting around, lol) I'm trying to get back in shape so I'm trying to cut back on the beer lately.
Lately its been either Wild Turkey 101 or Jack Daniels Tennessee Honey with coke. I currently have two batches of beer brewing...an Apple pie brew with cinnamon and nutmeg and a Bock with vanilla.
Oh there are so many Gentleman Jack on ice Pinch on ice Tanqueray on ice Jack on ice ..... OH and Patron in a glass
Crown on the rocks Wild Turkey American Honey on the rocks On a hot summer day, I enjoy a beer or two.....or 3. :p
Pshhh, mixed drinks. Its straight kentucky bourbon or rye or scotch for me. And a beer if Im feeling like a puss.
Brandy Old Fashion Sweet Southern Comfort and Coke Straight Whiskey Whiskey Sour The list goes on and on.
Not much of a mixed drink kind of guy, I am a beer snob. But I have enjoyed capt & coke, capt & sprite, and a vodka and cranberry in the past. A nice shot of good tequila or sipping some on the rocks is also enjoyable.
Southern Comfort and diet coke is about the only mixed drink I like. I can drink almost any beer as long as its cold.
What about appletinis? You seem like an appletini guy. I have become more of a beer snob as I've matured, as well. That said, SoCo taste like candy to me and I still enjoy some Jack on occasion. I wish I like scotch and/or bourbon more. I have to work on that.
I'll drink scotch or bourbon and suck on a cigar when I go out with my boss or a certain client, but I rarely order it when I'm out with friends or the wife. I keep scotch at the house for nights like Monday. Everything is always on rocks though. No mixers. And my wife is the appletini/chocotini/whatevertini drinker.
