    A prune or dried apricot for instance is a concentrated representation of the whole fruit. I can eat a whole bag of either of them which equals about 30 or so pieces of fruit all at once. That is a weeks worth of sugar calories... great fiber but wow... that's a load of sugar, disguised as healthy.

    I will occasionally destroy a can of Pringles in one sitting. Do the same with a 1 pound bag of pistachios.
    I'll spare everyone the details of how awful I feel the next day after an entire pound of pistachios, but it ain't fun.
