Thanks to guys that recommended Heartland Bowhunter. I don't have the outdoor channel so never get to watch anything hunting related. Awesome show!!
BHoD is my favorite but on television I like Midwest Whitetails. I enjoy watching Heartland Bowhunter but I enjoy the stories behind the deer and a little education on the what, why and where they are hunting and Heartland doesn't provide any of that but they do have the best footage hands down of any show!
I watch 3 shows with any regularity. Mid West Whitetails, Bowhunt or Die, Heartland Bowhunter. Occasionally I will watch some other shows if I get bored and they put shows online (not Outdoor or Sportsman's channels). But the ones above I have watched all the episodes I can online.
Heart Land, Midwest Whitetail, once in a while meat Eater, but Steve Rinella seems like the most arrogant person on earth. I've read two of his books though and they are fantastic.
Besides BHOD I religiously watch midwest whitetail and hallowed ground every week. I watch midwest whitetail cause I feel like I can learn something from every show and hallowed ground because of the emotion and feeling that there hunts show.
I like bowhunting addiction, the polauf brothers do a really good job. They show wins and fails, and don't seem to advertise or fake endorse as much as other shows. I CANNOT stand Spook Nation, or those young guys that scream holler and yell when they take down an animal... maybe its just me but I feel it's just in poor taste.
You have to love Heartland Bowhunter.. The ups and downs that those guys get across on video is amazing. It feels like youre there. Bowhunt or die is just as good. No shows ever from my area though (MA) it would be cool to see some local stuff. so many shows seem like they just hunt food plots, not hardwoods.
I love the Crush with Lee and Tiffany mainly because well come on Tiffany is HOT in camo!!! But i watch meat eater more than any other!
I can't believe nobody mentioned Western Extreme. How about that desert sheep hunt? That guy can shoot!
Pigman is my favorite. Probably because he reminds me of plenty of folks I know. I think he'd be a bunch of fun to hang out and hunt with. I have enjoyed the Major League Bowhunter some as well. I like their approach to how the show is put together. All you need in this life is ignorance and confidence; then success is sure - Mark Twain
Kentucky afield. Longest running outdoors show in the country produced by Kentucky fish and wildlife. You can catch episodes on you tube.
Southern woods n water. Real hunting in my local. Real expectations and the joy of hunting shines through
I've never seen anything on TV, but I've watched some videos online and I have a friend with about 30 hunting DVDs. I like the Drurys a lot. Also online: BHoD, Bill Winke, and the other online stuff.
