I jest about the pineapple, I like it but I think if I had to pick one favorite, it'd have to be slightly over ripe freestone peaches.

It's hard to choose a favorite out of fresh ripe fruit though, it's all good. We used to raise watermelons that picked ripe in the cool of the morning you stick a knife in and they'd pop open, bright red and sweet as sugar. That's pretty hard to beat too.

How do you eat the prickly pear?... I have them growing in my backyard and never knew they were edible...
My favorite fruit is hard to decide... I love them all when fresh...

Man this is a tough choice between my top 3. I like bananas, yellow apples, and elderberries.

As long as it's fresh and ripe. I don't care.
But I do love some fresh mangos and avocados.

That's because bananas get picked and shipped here when they aren't even close to ripe. Ive never had a tree ripened banana but can imagine its way better

Sliced and on toast with miracle whip and salt, too good to take the time to make bacon and add lettuce.

Actually it is the variety of banana that we get here, it ships well and is slow to ripen, there are many varieties of banana.

I like to quarter or eighth up 6 medium size tomatoes throw them in a bowl add some olive oil add some fresh garlic and seasoning and crumble up some bacon in there and cover it in the fridge over night shaking it or stirring it a couple times let it fester. Next morning with some shaved parm cheese on top and a few pieces of toast, dang it's good.

I guess you can't classify sweet potatoe as a fruit, so I will say SC Peaches.

If Sota can say a tomato(and I know it technically is) is a fruit, I think you can classify a sweet potato as one also....
