    Fresh elk liver fried in bacon grease with onions in a cast iron skillet over a campfire in the high country....It don"t get any better...

    You honestly can't fathom how good it is. Don't get suckered into eating beef chislic at a fair or something, either. You need to go to some smalltown South Dakota bar and order sheep chislic with onion.

    I 100% agree. Nothin like some backstraps. Beer braised red potatoes in onion and garlic and some fried gator

    A good steak or prime rib (depending on the day) with sauteed onions and mushrooms...
