Being a Polish person I didnt consider it "ethnic" food. I just considered it home cooking.

    Italian, by far.
Mexican is good, I was slow to like it, but once I tried a few more authentic places, I liked it better.

    Maybe I don't think so. :)

Now I'm not saying I like ALL their dishes but I've had a few that are quite good. You should try the chicken tikka marsala sometime...I think it would change your mind.

LOL...will do!! The bucks 'round these parts won't stand there all day allowing you to unload your quiver though. Just be mindful of that. ;)

A-GREED! Mission trip there... I got so sick of smelling Curry I gave all my clothing away before I came home because it wouldn't wash out... Except what I was wearing of course.

What? We have our own ethnicity, don't we? Well, that's my favorite.

I eat Fajitas at least once a week.

That said, a good Japanese steakhouse is impossible to beat for me, as far as tastes go....but MAN do I practically have to sit on the toilet as I eat it in fear of not actually making it in time.

You guys just keep me hungry. Everything sounds good to me. Tonight I had lamb chops rubbed with olive oil, pepper, salt, garlic, lemon juice and rosemary. Grilled them to brown a little on each side then threw them in the oven until medium rare.

Sounds awesome... skip the oven though, you had them perfect on the grill warm and baaahrely cooked.
