Pretty much anything Cajun... except blackened stuff... no real imagination required there.

Absolute favorite is probably the Crawfish Etoufee at "The Morning Call."

I love Puerto Rican food myself. But man, I didnt get this big being a picky eater haha. I just love food in general. Always willing to try something new no matter how odd it sounds and have really ended up loving some strange foods.

You'll play hell finding any thing that taste better than the tenderloins of a bull elk cooked over a bed of pine coals, sipping spring water over looking Crandall creek, Wyoming.

You should give it a try, but be careful it can become addicting.

The introduction of wolves has eliminated the chance for most nonresidents to ever draw a tag in that area, but I have some great memories of better times .

You're such a tease! Hey... you can come catfishing in Alabama anytime you want to. I'll hook you up... you bring the tenderloins and we'll call the river anything you want.

    P.S. Don't forget the tenderloin!

I'm just going to assume all these people saying "mexican" mean Tex-Mex, right?

And for the love of the CFA CEO, I can just imagine what you people think "cajun" is

Mexican easily. Some tacos Al Pastor with rice and beans just doesn't get much better. Sushi is a must also. BTW Hooker that is the best avatar I've seen haha. Pollos.

Hmmmm, I'm suprised that nobody has delved into the Polish food here....I love Kishka, or blood sausage, as many call it. I also love cabbage made many different ways, but especially a dish called Kapusta (sp?) which is basically cabbage leaves stewed in a tomato sauce. There is also a cold soup called Holladneek (sp?) which is cooked beets, onions and cucumbers, all the veggies are diced into 1/4" pieces and then mixed with buttermilk and served cold with Carraway Rye bread. Mmmmmmm good !!!
Sorry for the spelling, but I really don't know if anyone really knows the exact spelling since the people who handed these recipes down are all gone to a better place.

After that of course I like mexican and of course dishes with cajun seasoning on them.

I had lunch the other day where they had spicy bison chili, and it certainly was spicy, but oh so good.

Hey Hooker I had seafood gumbo that some guys I hunted with last year from Louisiana made. They put sweet potato in it at the end, is that very common there?
