Here in the good ol' Midwest, where there isn't anything to do right now except sweat, us guys love to get together for some beers and cards. We have been on a 13 point Pitch kick right now. When we can only get about 3 of us we throw in some Cribbage. I think Cribbage Pro is my most used app on my phone right now. We aren't much for Texas Holdem night anymore. Do we got any card players in this group?
Sheepshead is my favorite to play when you have people that know how to play. Cribbage is a close second.
I've still gotta get over and catch a game in that stadium... I've stayed in the Drury Suites right across the interstate from it several times but I need to coordinate one of my trips with a game. Back to the thread... My wife plays a game with all our neighbors called Hand In Foot that they taught me to play a week or so ago.... don't know if it's a "favorite" but it's been ok.
Love Cribbage. Me and Dad used to play all the time but, since he no longer plays, I haven't played with anyone. Best card game I have ever played and I have played a lot of different ones.
Sheepshead, texas hold 'em & cribbage, not necissarily in that order. But I think its just as important to have a drink while playing. I think sheepshead is a wisconsin thing, my dad taught me to play when I was 9.
