Whitetails Tops, however there are some I'd like to add...

grouse (this fall from the deer stand)
Moose (1 per life time in MN)
and I think it would be sweet to take a Bison from horseback.... just a dream!

Elk, but there are some more critters I'd like to try for. Not sure they'd beat out elk for tops, but you never know.

Come on now Rob, A goat, although fun to chase, couldn't hold a Bic Lighter to one of these! You get between her and her babies...you had better be in front of someone slower!

Why do you think I brought you bear hunting Will?

While exciting to hunt, the country they live in and their mannerisms and social structure don't hold a candle to goats.

Yep, and that's me holding the bow that it is nocked to. Damn kid busted me and brought the whole family over for a closer look including 2 B&C billies; 1 yard away and no shot!!

Well, maybe Rob. But, take your "one yard and no shot" comment. Now, if that would have been a mommy brown bear, there would have definitely been a shot! It may have landed in your drawers though...

I do like those high altitude, steep slope, rock huggers. I will tip my hat to any man after he completes a Mt. Goat hunt-succesful or not.

I have rifle hunted elk and would love an opportunity to hunt them with a bow. That would be the ultimate I think. Until then I am more than content with the midwest Whitetail.
