We all had one as a kid, and maybe even a few of us still have them (cough, cough Germ) as our favorite movie. If you had to pick an animated movie that was your favorite, which would it be?
I don't think I've ever watched a "modern-day" animated movie. You're gonna get (IMO) two trains of thought, here: 1. Those basing their choice on animation ingenuity. 2. Those basing their choice on the actual story line. Disney made some dandies in my childhood (and before that). Snow white and the 7 dwarfs Lady and the tramp Beauty and the Beast Bambi Cinderella Pinocchio Alladin If you've never heard of the movie.....'Bebe's kids'......I'd recommend it. It's the first animated movie I've seen in probably 35yrs.
Jeff, the movies you mentioned were all great. Im not a fan of the new pixar stuff, but i do like Toy Story.
all the classic disney movies are great, too many to mention. pixar is a division of disney so it's sort of the same thing. monsters inc., incredibles are really good pixar movies
Of all time-- probably the Lion King, but Alladin is also way up on the list as well. In recent memory--The Incredibles, Cars and Up
Cars is my favorite of all time. I also like Toy Story, Alladin, Fox and the Hound and The Incredibles as well. Not a big fan of most Pixar stuff like Siman said.
The only argument i have for that....is "Beauty and the beast" My favorite is Sword in the Stone though
Kungfu Panda is probably my favorite right now.... I have 3 young boys so I watch my share of animated movies.
From MY childhood I have to go with Fox & the Hound Otherwise it's a big blob of movies all up there Lion KIng Beauty & the Beast Madagascar Shrek Hood Winked(if you are fan of the movie "Fletch")
Pinocchio & Fox and the Hound were my favorites when I was a little kid. Toy story, Ice age, Lion King were all up there. (nothing that hasn't already been mentioned)
Sword in the Stone was my favorite too, then Disney's Robin Hood. I have 2 young children, so I have seen about every Pixar/Dreamworks movie made, and of all of them I like the Madagascar movies for humor and Up and WALL-E for sory line.
