You know that gut isn't going to go away on it's own and quite honestly, that tasty dessert isn't going to put you over your daily calorie count. The super large fry and the triple cheeseburger accomplished that ten minutes ago.

So what is your fast food dessert staple. Don't feel guilty, what makes your mouth water?

While it isn't a freshly baked French Apple Cream Cheese pie from Bakers Square, I do enjoy a Caramel Apple Empanada from Taco Bell from time to time.

After taking in 25 grams of fat for lunch, do take the call from your sweet-tooth and order up a delectable dessert?

    I'm a milkshake kinda a guy.

Love the green of a solid made shamrock shake.. or the essence of a eggnog.

Arby's makes a shake to die for...

Steak and Shake makes these dual creamy sensations that put ebony and ivory to shame.

The banana shake from BK.... mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm! Like a party in my mouth.

The Frosty... either chocolate or vanilla...

They call to me. In my stand.. coming home from work.. they are like little fairies whispering to me to come and play in a world of deliciousness.

    Fun fact.

    Minnesota only has one sonic.

    My fav treat:

Choc frosty, but here is the kicker. You need to dip you're fries in it. Words can't describe.

Disclaimer: Best to devour a baconator before hand.

A ridiculous amount of my money goes to sonic, I think I keep them in business.

And it is usually in the form of a float, shake, or blast. They are all amamzing.

I rarely eat fast food, and when I do it's even more rare that I get a dessert. Only time I really eat fast food is during bow season when Dan and I are on our weekly roadtrip to my camp or his. 4 hours each way in the car makes it tough to stop for a real meal and it's just so convenient to stop at a drive through. I'll likely try to keep that to a minimum this year though as I'm down 15 pounds since May and hoping to drop another 10 before end of the year.

With that said, I do love a good milkshake, or better yet a Mcflurry.
