    That's hilarious right there.

    Round here the farmers all lease the farms, the people living on them don't touch the land. They most likely inherited the farm and soon will be selling it to a developer rather than lease it to a farmer when the market recovers. The people leasing the farms do it in multiple's and it's the landowner that reaps the benefits from any welfare program.

    The democratic Party?!?!?!?!

    Since the 1890's when Democrats began favoring social liberalism. Since that time they have sided with farmers, labor unions, religious minorities and really started opposing Business and finance (unregulated) and pushed for increased taxes.

    Yeah. They used to be democrats, though. You skipped over the part of the manual where the dems raised their taxes and made them feel like outcasts/"religious minorities" for actually worshipping their God (instead of treating him like Billy....the downs syndrome family secret).

    I have met many a farmer that voted democrat.
