    I guess my point is:

My grandfather passed away and my uncle (who has never hunted a day in his life) had one of his deer heads flown to Florida with him for his house.

My lesbian friends who got married did not buy their own wedding cake, their hetrosexual parents bought it.

I can't get into the mind of the baker, nor do I know if the baker would have denied a "gay cake" to a straight person, so I don't know how this scenario works out. Other than the cake topper, I don't know how you would know a cake was..."gay"

The shipping of certain animal remains seems pretty straight forward.

If any of those airlines has received government financial assistance then they do not have the right to tell people they cannot transport big game trophies below deck.

I wonder if they ship live lions. Or, better yet, what if they ship a dead lion for scientific research but not for trophy hunters. Not sure we can find out if either of those scenarios will/have happened but it would make things more interesting.

    Why not?

UPS tells me that I can't ship beer. Should I be suing over that?

I ate some gay wedding cake. It tasted like straight wedding cake to me. I've never tried lion. But, I like beans.

You can ship beer and booze you just can't charge $ for it and then ship it.

LOL. I see both sides of this unfortunately. I think it's a turd move but also see that it's not discrimination towards a specific group of people, it's just something they banned for everyone. I still wonder though, what if they ship a dead lion for scientific research but not a dead lion for trophy hunters. Of course that's a "what if", but curious to know if they would do it.

I have shipped many bottles of liquor and cases of beer to my friend who moved to California, all UPS.

It would just be like the Japanese whalers, where all we would have to do is slap "For Scientific Research" on the side of the box and all would be good

    Yeah me too.

But if they ever have to open that box for whatever reason, like one of your bottles breaking and leaking out of the box, they will not complete the shipment and you will not get refunded.

And they will send you a nasty letter.

    Trust me.

More non-hunters fly then Hunters, we lose in the court of opinion.

Going over to Africa to kill a lion just does not sit will with non-hunters.

Another thing I find funny about the start of this thread. Many on here complaining, are the same people who WANT to be able to discriminate against gays. But are upset when they feel discriminated against.

Shooting a lion is not in the same ballpark as gay marriage.
