and Kudo, Gemsbuck, Impala, Zebra, Heartbeast, etc, etc, etc. They just want to discriminate against guys who's lifestyle choice is big cats, and a few other select animals.

It's not discrimination. If they were allowing another group to ship the same animals, THEN it would be discrimination.

Let me put this in baker terms so y'all can understand.

This would be like if the baker said they would not bake rainbow cakes anymore. They will not bake rainbow cakes to anyone, gay, straight, whatever, just no more rainbow cakes because of the gay marriage ruling. They would still provide all other services to gay people, they just won't bake a rainbow cake.

What he is saying guys, is if they allowed Democrats ship them, but not republicans, then it would be an equal comparison.

Or, since you are all still hung up on the gay thing, if they allowed gays to ship them, but not straights, it would be an equal comparison.

If the baker said he will only make chocolate cakes and if you do not like it, then find another, it would be an equal comparison.

It is discrimination, maybe not against a gender, or race, but it is still a discriminatory policy.

Its just a policy, I think we are reaching a bit to much to try and make this such a bad thing. I agree its a sissy move in an attempt to pick up customers who are uneducated in the benefits of hunting these animals, and because of that I will chose to not use their services. But, to push this as a discrimination thing is reaching big time, and if we cry about this outside of this forum, it will just weaken our fight when we have a real issue to worry about. Fly another air line, problem solved.

Common sense says that banning the shipment of hunting trophies will affect a certain group. So yes, it could be seen a discrimination.

The difference between the two incidents is transparency or lack of.

There are more types of discrimination than, race, or sex or preference. Only difference in this county is that some statuses are protected by law and some are not. An auto shop that works only on certain makes of cars, a computer shop that only works on Macs. They are discriminatory business practices. Perfectly legal but discriminatory.

They discriminate against those who make the lifestyle choice of killing big cats and a few other animals. Why this doesn't sink in is pretty funny. They tell one group (hunters of impala, heartbeast, ect). We will fly your trophy, canned hunt animal for you but tell the guy that choose to kill big cats, we will not ship your animal because even though it legal, we will discriminate against you as a statement in opposition to your lifestyle choice because we dont approve and we are lib weenies.

I have no doubt this will not sink in for some here.

Fine. It is discrimination against the animals not being shipped. I'll give you that.

Is Delta going to ship big game from the U.S. to other countries?

I think THAT is exactly the point. This took far longer than it should have. Kudos.

So we are now come to a point in society that we are angry about the discrimination of dead animals.

This is what you are arguing?

If anything, the impalas are being discriminated against because Delta is basically saying they are not important enough to be mad about them being killed.

Over 600 Lions are legally killed each year in Africa and it's crazy how much attention the media gives this one.
    Hunt New Zealand. IMO

Ugh! good grief. and here I thought you were starting to grasp this. They are discriminating against certain hunters because they disapprove of the legal hunting of certain animals. The animal is dead so it can be discriminated against (I hope you understand this), its the people that choose to hunt big cats that are being discriminated against by the airlines stance because the airlines disapprove of the lifestyle choice of only certain hunters while treating others hunters transportation desires as acceptable. They refuse to service certain hunters (not all hunters) based on what they hunt. (I.E. The definition of discrimination)
