Ok Fellows....I've decided to plant this in my small kill plots 1/4 acre come Fall:

    25% Grain Rye
    25% Whitetail Oats
    15% Frostmaster Peas
    10% Dixie Crimson Clover
    10% APache Arrowleaf Clover
    5% Big Bee Berseem Clover
    5% Daikon Radishes
    5% Sugar Beets

Question is...If I plant around the first of August....is the Clover going to be established enough if I plant then for the Deer to be using it buy first of October when season opens.......this plot mainly is going to be used as an attractant along with the benefits of a LAST MEAL....heheheheheeh...

    Thanks

I'm going to say yes. Those are annuals and establish and grow far faster than the the perennials...of course provided that rainfall isn't a problem (one way or another). Good looking mix.

Sounds good Creeks. I'm guessing our Radishes would've worked better if all the farmers hadn't used them as a cover crop this fall. At the in-laws they worked really well. Just different areas with/without food.
    Good Luck!!!

Thank You FoodPlot19, I've got some pictures on my phone if I remember to do it, I'll post and let you see what they do to the Radishes around here...they seem to love them, plus you don't have to have the frost to transfer the sugars up to the leaves, from what I understand......
    Thanks Plot

Some varieties of radishes do have to have a few freezes to begin mobilizing sugars, some do not. Take some pictures as your plots progress so we can see! Good luck...
