Planting in one week, my little kill plot. I realize I’ve overdone it on the brassicas and have read I should plant some kind of legume mix for a few years. Looking for ideas and hoping for something that’ll come up over the next 2 months so I can hunt it. Thx!

You can do a combo of permanent and annual clovers. This depending on moisture, light, and ph
If it is a sunny dry area you could even go with alfalfa. A small area could go In with peas or soybeans as a cover tot he clovers for deer will hit beans hard and drawthem in. Or go with a little oats as cover.
There are as so many different and good clovers to choose. Go to Hanckock seed and read up on each of them. Also if not inoculated buy the correct one. They work.
