I use the Theracell Insole boot warmers with the remote and Muck Arctic Pro boots. I usually don't turn it on until I've been in the stand for at least an hour, so I don't risk sweaty feet. I also have Alpaca Socks with a pair of Merino Wool overtop. I don't use this until it get below 30 degrees. When it starts getting in the single digits, I break out my Sorel Pack Boots.

Luckily it doesn't get cold enough to worry about my feet getting cold. When it does get cold, I use a pair of merino wool socks and 1000g rubber boots.

On another note, I found out where he has been moving. Apparently the bucks have swapped ridges from last season. Going to go back this evening with the climber and give it a try.

It feels like January here. Went from 55° yesterday to mid 20s today with 25-30 mph gusts. Not much movement around me. Button this am and a small doe an hour ago.

Nothing this evening, but I did have a group of toms come by at 13yds. Going to go for a sit at property 2 tomorrow since it's going to be an east wind.

I took my Granddaughter out yesterday but we only saw does and spikes. We did see a small 8 point chasing a doe Friday evening but it wasn't close enough nor did it stop. Our PA archery season ended yesterday and won't come back in until the day after Christmas.

Will be interesting, that's for sure. I wish I could get back out and put more points up, probably going to come down to a couple bonus deer in the end.

I’m still confident I will contribute. Sometimes I think having confidence is half the battle. There are a few teams with a lot of deer being put down.
