Having a geothermal system installed so I have a great working 5 year old Trane XL90 furnace ( model TUX120R960W ) and Trane XR13 3.5 ton air conditioner I want to sell. Changing over to get away from high propane cost. Any ideas on a fair price ? Not looking to get rich but don't want to give them away either. Thanks !

You could always check with social agencies, find a local family in need and donate it. You get a warm fuzzy for helping someone else out and also the tax deduction.

Agreed. Many times, you can deduct a better amount than you'll get for a sale.
