I currently hunt in a hunting club that leases almost 7k acres. We will likely lose about half of that come next year to a solar farm project. Really sucks. It is a 5k acre project and the neighboring hunt club is going to lose a bit as well but they have 12K acres so it won't sting quite as bad, but losing land to this sensless crap really hurts.

13,000 acres has went to a f'n solar farm very close to the F&W area I hunt ... 13,000 acres !! .. imagine the habitat wiped out by these damn greenies and their lousy panels ... manmade climate change/climate change is a hoax to control the masses ... carry on ..

it makes no sense. cut thoudsands of acres of living trees to produce 20% energy. remove wildlife and habitat and disrupt the ecosystem... that just wonderful

Been fishing bud and trying to raise the two teenage boys on my own. Didn't have a bunch of time for the past year but the oldest is driving now so that helps. How you been?
