I used a mask last season and didn't care for it at all especially in early season. I want to use face paint but, I cant seem to find it anywhere local. So I guess its online shopping for something I am not sure what to buy in the first place. Could anyone give me suggestions on brand, type and place to get it??

Try an army surplus store or try here http://carbomask.com/ for Carbomask. Never used it but has some good reviews on another site.

    Only Warriors use facepaint.

    Are you up to it?

Check out this stuff - http://www.camofxnation.com/

I like it b/c it's easy to carry and easy to apply without getting it all over my hands and fingers. Comes off fairly easily with the help of some baby wipes afer the hunt. :tu:

I used Carbomask last year and while I like the fact that's it's non-greasy, I had difficulty applying it. When you squeeze it right out of the tube it has a very liquid, almost water-like consistancy. It's really runny and makes a definite mess. Once you get it on and it dries it's great. I used it a lot on my hands in warmer temps so I didn't have to wear gloves.

If I werent, I wouldn't be asking about it face paint. I am serriouse about my bowhunting this year. So serriouse I don't have a rifle to use. Its bow from opening September 10th to Januarry 2nd. I mean business and want to make every hunt count. Thats one reason I want to use face paint so that I can know my ancors are correct. Short answer, Heck Yeah!!!
