While out checking cameras tonight I was shocked when I found a path cut along a treeline. It was clear this was a professional job. Came to find out that ComEd was working to fix a powerline that went through the property and I had over 1000 pictures of the guys working. They even cut the entire tree down that my camera was on except for the base right down to my camera. Thankfully they didn't mess with it at all but I had a ton of pictures of them all looking and waving at it including this one of a 1 finger wave!

Guess now that I think about it they did clear a few nice shooting lanes for me though so it wasn't that bad!

Man will you stay out of there! I just had a conversation about hunters checking cameras to much and ruining good hunting spots.
They sure didn't help your cause.

Haven't been in for over a month. Went to reseed my plot so checked cameras since I had time.

Looks like it could be a nice spot for a future micro plot, clover chicory...

Thought about doing that but they actually found 2 of my cameras and if that guy ever did get in trouble would hate to have him come back since he knows right where they are.

If they go missing in the near future you can be pretty sure who came back for them.

Think of the new growth or food plot options now.
