Fill your arrow shaft with tannerite/gasoline and shoot that into a fire.

Edit: just kidding, don't play with gasoline, I have a few friends who are seriously scarred from messing with it.

Most likely the op is a teen or pre-teen that's played too many video games. If you really want to do this, follow my instructions to the letter. Do not deviate one bit.

    1. Use a razor knife and carefully cut the string of your compound bow.

    2. Take up skateboarding

    3. Under no circumstance are you to touch any weapons.

I think the popularity of tanerite shows the OP is not abnormal in wanting something to explode on impact. Would think Master and Innovative would be close friends.

Is it still bow hunting if you lob a quarter stick of dynamite attached to an arrow at a whitetail? Could one still call himself a bowhunter?

Do you think P&Y considers exploding arrows fair chase?

This should make for some good discussion.

As long as the arrow does not have a lit nock or come from a crossbow it's all good.

Bolts come out of crossbows, not arrows. Arrows are used by bowhunters.. :bow:This has been covered in great detail in prior threads. :deadhorse:

Don't want to sound like a jerk, but I am pretty sure it is based on the length of the projectile, not the bow that shoots it. If i recall correctly, if it's over 16-17 inches, its an arrow. Almost all modern crossbows shoot arrows now.

Back to m80s and blown off fingertips.

Edit: People use shotgun primers & black powder to make exploding arrows. There are a few vids, but this one is short.

Edited Edit: Just imagine hitting a rabbit with one of those bad boys :evilgrin::evilgrin:
