I need help with age and score on a buck (mostly age), and I know you guys seem to know what you are talking about.

So have at it fellas. What will he go?

You guys think he's 2 1/2? I don't disagree, but I kind of think he COULD be 1 1/2.......His muscle structure is very well defined yet, and he "looks like a doe" so to speak......He's definetly no older than 2 1/2 though.

 

I'm a bit higher the everyone, 126". Usually I'm lower then most. A 2.5 year old with great looking genes.

If he was pen-raised, I'd be agreeing with you Don.. 1 1/2. But for a free-ranging, wild deer he's 2 1/2.

 

He is lean and mean. I am thinking he would score about 120" or so and 2.5 for the age. His main beams seem a little short so he might be more along 115" but he is a good looking deer for his age.

 

x2. Unless Will is supplementing more than his yearly tuition in protein feed, that just isnt likely, Id say possible, but there are always freak exceptions Im sure.


Id give him 120"ish...I have a 116 8 on the wall, and this one is just a tad bigger I think.

Kill him and then tell us Will!
