I was scrolling through old trail cams pics when this rack caught my attention. So this picture was taken in the 2014-2015 season. I didn’t get a lot of him, to me he looks like he may be a 3 year old. What do y’all think?

This next pic was taken last year (2017). To me, he’s atleast a 4 year old, maybe older? I can definitely see some relation here! Is it possible that this is the same deer though? This is Oklahoma mountain deer, we don’t get the big bodied deer like up north or down south next to the ag fields. What do y’all think? Same deer or same gene pool?

Maybe related but I doubt it's the same deer. Their main beams are shaped differently as well as their brow tines. There can be a lot of variation from year to year so it's possible but there is a lot of difference between them.

Different deer. Brow tines, main beams, and frame look different. Also, if you look at the first bucks right ear, it looks like there's a little notch in it, the second buck doesn't have that notch.

Same genetics very likely, but probably a different deer.
