Exotic Game meats. Whats your favorite?

    I prefer them to whitetail, which I like very much. I'm the only one in the family who will eat deer, but we all devour our pronghorn.

    Teradactyl is good when its in season...but I recommend marinating it gopher milk and crushed unicorn horn prior to microwaving it...I also heard Sasquatch roast is really good, but I'll be damned if I can find some at a reasonable price....Luckily I know this leprachaun... :lol:

    Caribou. Without any doubt, the best meat I have ever had. It was a roast, slow smoked. That stuff would melt in your mouth!

    rattlesnake is very good. A bit chewy but very tasty. I also really like ostrich. Iv only had it once but it was fantastic

    Had a "Roo" steak at a roadhouse in Australia. Toughest thing I have ever tried... but they served it as a joke while the cook prepared my T-bone... which they did not charge me for because I was such a good sport about it.
