    Yeah I haven't watched it yet.

    I know that their customer service was absolutely horrible lately! I wrote them and they never even got back to me. Not a week later or 2 weeks. Never. Pretty sad.

    They explain it in the video. Worth a watch. I bought some arrows from them a year ago or so. I liked them. It’s too bad that it didn’t work out for them.

    The only thing i could not understand about the entire explanation, maybe i am missing is ….what was the rational for there manufacturing “partner” and coding company for doing what they did?
    I just don’t see what was in it for them? I dont see the upside for their over seas contractors.
    My guess is there’s is more to story .
