I am a five damper kind of guy...

Five is not a novice game, but assuredly not an accomplished level damper game like Marauder.

I find the dampers so advantageous! I'd rather have them and not need them, then to need them and not have them. :tu:

Once I receive my new quiver I'll post a new photo. I was told by my guy there was a mix-up. Should get it tomorrow or next week sometime. Honestly I don't know how I went this long shooting bows without Mathews dampers!

I just recently drank the Kool-Aid and bought a Mathews Helim, it's used but looks like it was not used at all. I absolutely love it, and glad I finally broke down and got one. I had been shooting the PSE Brute and liked it, but felt I was out shooting the bow if the makes sense.
Put an HHA 5510 Optimizer, 3/16" peep, and dropping arrows where I want them. I feel much more confident with this bow. Probably would have ad similar results with another big name brand, but it was the best deal I found, I still could not justify spending $900+ on a bare bow.
The biggest learning curve is the shallow valley at full draw, I liked the deep pocket the PSE had, but I'm getting used to the shallow pocket.

Does the 3D dampener on the Triax now count as 3 dampeners? Asking for a friend.

I would call Mathews owners elitist but I feel by doing that I would have to believe they were elite.:poke:

Around this time last year I was shooting 11 up with a Halon...

I successfully missed a bedded deer target at 37 yards by two feet at an indoor shoot on Sunday and shot 3 other 5s in 15 targets... Train wreck without my dampers.

The dampener fell out of my rest but I found it in my truck and glued it on, I cant imagine the shock and tremors I would have subjected my joints and bow to had I not of found it.
