to get Roxie my Redtail to start flying to my fist outside, It's amazing how quick they tame down after being caught from the wild.. In case some didn't see my first post - here she was on day one fresh out of the bownet.. all kinds of ticked off ... Add two weeks of manning and she's like whole different bird.. Now I'm concentrating on training her with the lure - once she has that down good, we should be ready for free flight and hunting rabbits by early next week if all goes well. I'll be sure to keep you all posted of our adventures. Take care Dave
That's like the coolest thing I've ever seen. Congrats on your success with her so far, looking forward to some hunting pics soon!
i know this must take all kinds of hard work, effort and time... but i want one NOW!!!!!!!!!! damn thats cool. please keep us posted! side note... i was bragging you up last Sunday. before the Vikings Bears game they had a group of folks in pre-game getting an eagle ready to fly during the National Anthem. i was explaining to all of the players and coaches what you were doing and showed em all your last post. this follow up will be great!!!!!!!!
That is one of the coolest things I have ever seen - and the photos are great. To follow up on Isaiah's post from the game. The eagle flight was amazing to watch - slightly funny when he didn't want to come down from the sky, but gorgeous to watch. I don't know how you do what you do with those birds, but...WOW! Congratulations on your success thus far!
