I have had some great results with it . I still follow strict scent control and play the wind to the best of my abilities but when deer . When deer do end up downwind , I've had some come looking for me but most just remain calm and go on about their daily business .
I believe it does help with masking your scent. I also use fitgeralds deer dander and I think it also helps.
It's good and stinky. I don't see many deer where I hunt but I hope it's a good cover scent for my stinky self.
I got mine in the mail Saturday, going to giver a try here shortly....got a monster on film today and have a stand over his scrape!
Just got a stick yesterday, man that stuff stinks! Thinking about putting it on my daughters radiator to keep the boys out of the car!
I used deer dander and had really bad results. My deer were instantly on guard and blew and stomped around. Tried twice and same results. Left it home, no problem after that. Guess my Okie deer don't like Yankee deer! Said in fun but probly something like that going on, imo. Been wantin to try evercalm, will try now and see what happens. Think I'll put it out with a camera on it and bait pile first though.
got my evercalm in the mail today. boy yall werent kidding about that pungent odor lol. i cracked it open in the kitchen and my wife immediately wanted to know what in the world that was. think she threw some other words in there though =)
This stuff is pretty awesome. I put some on my boots and below the knees of my pants this past Saturday morning, and while walking to my stand I walked in to 2 does spooked them, and within 20 minutes of being in my stand had 2 more does walk in on the same path I took to my stand.
