Not trying to start anything boys, but i am no liar. I have a subscription and have for years, I read about this back in the summer and here is the article. Again, this is THE magaizine for Georgia. If there is some way this is still an incorrect story then I apologize in advance.

I don't think your trying to lie at all. I just remember seeing this photo a few times in the past. In fact all the times I've seen it, my grandfather sent me the email each time, lol. He just hits the *forward* button when he comes across something cool.

No worries, there is so much crap on the net now that it makes it hard to believe anything we see.

I wasn't intending to make him in to a liar, but that exact picture has been floating around for years. A lot of outdoor magazines will run a story without solid facts. The truth is that pic has been going around for years through forums and e-mail. It is impossible for that snake to have been killed in July of 2010 when that exact pic has been around for atleast 3 years.

No worries as I took no offense, just trying to avoid being the guy who puts truths to internet myths. It was a big thing back in the summer as most everyone has that magazine..but I digress, so was the omish buck being hit by a car right by my house:busted:

To funny Josh, to funny. I actually had a cousin send a text of the deer to my uncle. Said it was hit by a car (his good friend was driving) and it had to be true because his buddy was in the hospital and the car was trashed. My uncle told me the story, but only said huge buck. The area he hit it does have some slammers (metro area) so I just wanted to see the deer. Finally met up with my uncle and saw the omish buck, told him yeah that deer is a good one, killed in Ohio 2 years ago...lol. Several of the largest deer ever were killed in Georgia, I have seen all the text messages, we are just keeping a lid on it so you guys will stay in Kentucky, Illinois etc...
