    Hit a nice one early this morning @ 9 yards. I didn't get quite as much penetration as I would have liked. He flew a couple hundred yards across the field and into the woods. I am going to give him some time a head back in a bit!! Fingers crossed!

    I am on the board!! Took me a while and never found my arrow but my bird was laid up in a briar hole brair rabbit couldn't get through!! I went in where I last saw him fly searched for a while and stumbled across some blood! I followed it for about 70 yards and there he was!! Can't believe the old girl got it done!

    Sure did! 30 yd shot out the back of the blind through a small opening in some cedar trees. I'm not going to lie, I got lucky i hit him. I probably shouldnt have taken the shot, but it worked out just fine! Ill enter him in the score sheet soon. Got a lot on my plate today.

    Congrats LB! Beautiful bird! Let's keep this party rolling!

    I had a guy in this morning on a hunt called in 4 long beards and had 2 at 10 yards and he missed with a shotgun!! I couldn't believe it!! I pick up my new bow tomorrow night so I should have it for Saturday mornings hunt! I can't wait!

    Awesome guys, congrats on all your success! We're doin good! Today was my opener, had two nice Toms come to hard to my left at 27 yards! Had no window opening to shoot through! They walked farther away still to my left and locked up at 37 yards . I moved my chair out of the way got on my knees and tight to the camera where I could shoot out of an opening, drew three times but decided not to shoot, 37 yards is pushing it especially as windy as it was. Tried to slip in for the evening but they were already there, backed out, went home and did some target shooting. New plan in the morn!
