I'm going out on a limb here, certainly running the risk of looking awfully strange:D A recent search on Google (inadvertent) lead me to a post I made over on HNI back in 2007 about possibly moving once my then fiance (now wife) graduated college. Boy, a lot has changed since then, and I actually completely forgot about even considering that at one time. My curiosity got the best of me, and I searched around for a bit reading older posts I made and participated in throughout the years, and maybe it's because I'm so nostalgic, but it was pretty cool. Anyone else done this, or am I just weird?
Every now and then I stumble on an old thread somehow that ultimately leads to me looking through my old posts. I agree, I think it's pretty cool. It's fun to see how much you and others can change in a short period of time.
Routinely do it... not only can I relearn things I may or may not have forgotten but it's neat to relive some of that stuff. But your still weird.
Hah.....I actually remember that thread because I told you to stay away from VT. I do it occasionally too......haven't in while but have definitely done it in the past.
Nope. The only time I read an old thread is when some whacko brings it up from the bowels of the internet. Then I'm reading and thinking it's current junk. After a while I realize.... someone has messed with the system. LOL
Ben and Rob, thanks guys Matt, I stayed away from VT (my wife was on a New England kick for a while until I convinced her otherwise). We may see a move still someday (depends on the job market for teachers here, land prices, gas industry, etc.), but we're happy where we are.
i'll read others old post to relearn things... but not really my own. the thing i look back on the most is the older hunting pt contests. 1. to remember what yall look like 2. to see the nice deer taken by folks over the yrs
