Thanks again, bro! Haven't done it, as I need to place an order with Van Dykes later today.... but our conversation was invaluable for knowing how to proceed.

I do mine just like that hni thread shows, and Frank mentioned. Haven't done hundreds....but a couple dozen that turned out great. Never tried the pressure washer, obviously it works. Sal Soda is dirt cheap too if you want to go that route. I bought a 5lb bag about 10yrs ago and still have a some left, it doesn't take a ton to do 1 head. I tried Baquacil Shock and Oxidizer (swimming pool chlorine substitute) last year to whiten vs. peroxide...and it worked awesome too. Here is my son's buck we did together last year....he's happy :)

I still think my euro from last year is the best quality euro I have ever laid eyes on. My buddy does them as a side job with his colony of beetles and a stout dosing of peroxide after degreasing them. I don't know the exact process, I just know he charges $75/ skull if you were to pay full price and I would happily pay that if he would accept my money. Now if I can just find a set of about 6 identical pedestals to display my skulls on I will be set for a while!

is there a way to get the name? I'm Canadian, so depending on how far north it might not be all that far away. But if it's a guy you want to keep to yourself do to business needs thats understandable too.
