All of these situations above are debatable with people on both sides of the aisle. None of them involved "ethics" the way I see it. Just choices that we face as hunters everyday.
The choice to do right from wrong or legal from illegal does allow ethics in, based solely on the fact they drive our decision making ultimately. Some are raised to obey the laws set before them unless unjust, some without question, some to ignore them....all are different points of view but all those examples have ethics involved. I agree with you though, my point and direction in threads on "what would you do" or "is it right" doesn't need the word ethics brought in at all...let's just discuss right from wrong In the end though whenever disagreements occur, no matter the topic it all is a moot point if both sides don't respect the other for at least their right to an "opinion" for lack of a better term. I mean after all I respect the belief and right of people to believe as they wish, however I will never respect poaching or some other things in the sense I'm okay with them...that's me personally.
