Has anyone had any success using it this year? I live in northwest Indiana and on Sunday night I put a little bit out on a scent wick. Didn't see anything that night, but I left it out over night and went back in the morning to investigate. It was an easy spot to get access on a woods line. When I got to it, the tree next to the one I hung it in had a very nice rub on it. I definately think that was a sign he was marking his new territory. Just wanted to get some more thoughts though.

Estrous scents works well during the rut, I have read that using outside the rut will scare off dear. By that reasoning, it would be harmful to use it too early...when that is exactly....I can only guess. I use Code Blue Estrous scents first week of November through the late rut.
