ESPN as a network actually isn't that bad, and they have some really, really good journalists and reporters. OTL is a good show, and the rest of the dudes are crazy smart (Kornheiser, Wilbon, Bayliss, Stephen A. etc), but they're more actors than anything else. SportsCenter, on the other hand, is what sucks so bad. Most of their anchors don't even pronounce athlete's names correctly, nor do they have much of a clue about anything they're talking about, and they jump at whatever rumor passes by. Plus, like others have said, they pick and choose who they want to succeed, and who they think should fail. It's basically the TMZ of sports.
If its on my TV it is for background noise while I do something more important, but if they start talking about something I am interested in they can usually hold my attention for about 10-30sec
Or how about 9 out of the top 10 plays are a dunk that are exactly the same just different teams and its the same thing the next day that's what annoys me the most. Basketball is an over rated sport in my mind considering you touch someone and its a foul you mind as well just move when someone has the ball. Just my thoughts on it.
Since i got NFL network i quit watching espn. Dont care about any sports but football. Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk 2
