    Hey guys, im thinking about getting me a epic hunting camera for hunting. Im looking at the epic stealth cam carbon nano are these good cameras to use? Ive seen em on the bow hunt or die show and they look great!:bhod:

    No. From what people have told me their crap.

    Just get a small camcorder with zoom and their better in low light.

    The epic cameras are meant for a second angle. Not necessarily for a primary camera.

    Great second angle camera! Too much vibration caused from the shot and the footage gets too shaky when its mounted to the bow as your primary camera. I have used it this way, but that was before I put together my filming rig. Plus the sounds quality is not good and no zoom. Now it just faces me for a second angle. Here is a little video clip of my epic mounted to my stabilizer, no shot but just some footage to check out. This is an older model also so the newer 1080HD cams are better quality.

    There great for second angle shots, thats what we primarily use them for. Sound quality they lack a little but we dont use the sound in the show vids anyway!
