Four set screws AND an o-ring, no thanks. Interesting head but there are plenty of mech bh's out there that can give you field point accuracy and the cutting diameter they are claiming that are much more simple in design. Just my opinion.

It does look a bit complicated.

Shot a bear with them last year. Excellent bloodtrail. It may seem like a complicated head but it is very versitle. It definitely needs improvement such as a COC tip and tighter tolerances.

Just seems like a lot of stuff to deal with when there are so many other mechanical heads out there. I for some reason or another prefer the fixed blade broad heads. Using the G5 Montec now. Actually like this broadhead a lot:

ok update while the product has me scratching my head just a tad, I must say their customer service is awesome! I had called them about one of the broad heads sticking (not wanting to open) well checked my mail today and another pack of them had shown up for free! outstanding customer service I must say. now I just need to use them and gain some confidence in the design.

I invested lots of money in 4 packs of epek broadheads and they flew awesome the best flying head I ever tried but entrance holes no matter how I tried were fieldtip size and the ability to lock them in the closed position was great .If they solve the problem with them opening sooner and get consistent full entrance size holes they would be the ticket .
