Ah yes Borat one of the greatest movies of this century. Ok maybe not greatest but the fact that he pulled all of that stuff off and people really thought he was serious is what makes this movie as great as it is.

    VERY NIIICE

Glad to see Shawshank make some others' lists, too... awesome flick.

Enemy of the State almost made me have prostrate surgery, as I had to go take a whizz about 30 minutes into it and never could leave for the bathroom until it was over with. "Taken" was almost in the same class, but not quite.

The Lord of the Rings trilogy probably stands as the best screen adaptation of a novel -- especially of Tolkien's magnitude -- that I've ever seen or could imagine. I was a Tolkien fan back in junior high, and couldn't believe they were able to do the story justice. Simply incredible.

Not super-great films probably from a critic's perspective, but the Star Wars trilogy came at a neat time in my life when I was just the right age to play out all the big-screen fantasies with neighborhood friends so they'll also hold a special place in my heart.

There's a bunch of others I've enjoyed immensely for one reason or another...

    Top Gun
    A Few Good Men
    Red October
    Rambo
    Gladiator...

I remember watching Ol' Yeller in 4th grade and crying. First time I'd ever had a movie affect me like that, but obviously not the last...

Bruce Almighty caught me on a night I needed to laugh a lot -- and I did.

Passion of the Christ, incredible portrayal of what our Lord endured for us. Still remember the somber silence of everyone leaving the theater and not saying a word.

I got a whole different vibe from DMW than LD or even Return to LD. I honestly didnt watch it twice. All the others have been watched numerous times.
