Isiah the last time I was on advocare I went from 252 to 182. Do you know any sellers? I know they have a ranking system and certain people get different discounts. I need to get back on this and lose some weight.
Feel free to PM me brotha.
Also spark started this whole addiction to caffiene years ago.

That happened to me too. I got to 20 lbs before I started hitting the gym, the anti-smoking nazi's forget to tell you that little tidbit when quitting smoking....

I am with david.....I REALLY liked the taste of red bull when they first came out. I did not care for the boost, energy or whatever they were really for...I just loved the taste. After 2 or 3 a day for 6 months or so I have some heart issues, actually thought I was dying at work one day. maybe the scariest moment of my life. Stopped drinking them and never had another issue. Keep in mind, I am in a gym at least 5 days a week, and have a pretty serious cardio regime as well. Some of you guys are alot better runner, but I run a sub 7 mile, and those damn drinks almost killed me.

I have never been a big energy drink guy. Unless you count Chuck Norris shots :). I have had 5 hour energy a couple of times driving home in the middle of the night from deer classics and hunting, but they only have worked for about 2 hours. I do quit drinking Mountain Dew occasionally and I always get a terrible headache for a few days.
