Go talk to him. It could become a great frienship and hunting spot. Talk to him see if you two hit it off and just see when and how he hunts it. Hey you never know he might want a camera man or hunting partner. he could teach you the lay of the land and you two might work great together or like i said you two could film each other he hunts one day and you the next. 16 is small but my uncle and a guy he met 7 years ago now his best friend and hinting partner hunt 12 acres in Wis and they kill big deer every year. They have a shoot out to see who hunts first and the other films till its his turn to hunt and it works out great for them. They have 8 wooded acres and 4 as a food plot and it holds a ton of deer and all the neighbors deer eat there. Talk to him see if you can go in and help plant a plot or offer anything possible you can to contribute or help.
