    That's the worst.. I'd rather not have a trail cam in this situation. :)

    I had this happen this year. I've been hunting a really nice 8 point all year long. He was on my cam one Sunday morning i couldn't go because of work at 8:30, 10 yards, broadside of my stand eating acorns for about 20 minutes. That was the weekend before gun season here and we haven't seen him since:/ Totally sick feeling.... i feel your pain. Sometimes i think it would just be better not to know lol

    I don't hunt much. Funny kinda. I can attract deer with the plots and get good pics year round but don't spend much time in the stand.
    Wife's realtion hunts here and they get nice ones over the plots I do and neighborhood has great guys sharing pics.
    My families other place has good deer and a great neighborhood but haven't got there but a few times hunting.

    Sad side of it this year I don't have the urge to hunt in general being my dad found out about having cancer. So just not quite in the mood so to speak. He loves to hunt and been getting out as much as he can though.
