    Private land cow tag filled. Cornfed cowzilla.

    Called her out of a partially cut corn pivot with a calf distress call. She came out charging. Went from 300 yards to 50 in about two seconds. Pretty impressive.

    I know it's not a bowkill, but look at the size of her!

    Awesome job. 300 mag? 50 yds and no holes? Amazing animals can just eat up that lead. Once shot a big Alberta buck at 40 yds and no pass thru with 300 Weatherby.

    Way to go Christine. That is a big cow. My buddy got his bull Friday Morning. The fires played a little bit of havoc but he did it.

    300wm, yes. 150gr Barnes TTSX retaining 3321 ft lbs of energy at 50 yards. :D

    She was running at me. Very hard quartering to. I shot her in the center of the chest. She still managed to stumble about 50 yards before crashing.

    I probably should have noggin-popped her but she was moving really fast.

    Real close shots with high velocity, high energy calibers often have bullet 'failure'. The bullets just blow up. :)
