Thought I'd share this article...are Elk regulated in KY? http://www.prairiestateoutdoors.com/index.php?/pso/article/free-roaming_elk_anger_neighbors/
Sounds like the elk there don't have a healthy fear of humans yet. The elk here in Colorado stay clear of roads for the most part, except for the zoo known as Rocky Mountain National Park. Makes me wonder wear they got these elk from? Did they load them up from RMNP or something similar? This mainly just sounds like typical humans whining about something. If you don't want them in your yard, then put up a fence. If you don't want one in your car with you, then drive slower and be alert.
i really think people should think about what was on this planet first before they open their mouths and waste more of my oxygen. “I feel like they don’t need to be here,” said Melissa Jones, who has earned celebrity status in Stoney Fork because she survived a spectacular crash which left an angry bull elk thrashing and kicking in the front seat of her Geo Metro. “They’re a danger to us, and we want them gone,” she said.
