Who all is coming out west this year? Season starts in just over a month here in MT and I'm already going nuts Maybe we can post some teaser pictures and videos just to get the blood pumping

LOL... Sorry buddy; that one's staying in the stable forever just like my custom, one-off Allegiance that BowTech built for me. The stable's liable to get pretty full soon because I'm not letting loose of my '08 Ally, nor my Predator FG D340 or BlackOps D340 or this year's BlackOps Invasion. Those bows are the best I've ever shot out of the 30-someodd bows bows I've owned.
Agreed, I keep debating on whether or not I want to pick up an Ally. Those bows just flat out shot good. I really enjoyed the invasion this year, however.
Just walked in from a 3.2 mile hike with 50lb pack on...yeah, Elk is on my mind...not much else motivates me for workouts at 10-11pm. My favorite pic from last year...helping my new friend and campmate Justin pack his deboned bull out...what an awesome day! Sept in the Mountains... I dread the year that I don't make it to the mountains... Post away on the teaser pics - I love 'em!
Great pics as always Backcountry! It don't get much better then elk country and the mountains. I'll be staying home this year but It's a real good possibility I'll be heading back to Colorado In 2012 but this time I'm heading farther to the SW part of the state to hunt with an old friend. Good luck to all of you elk hunters this year.
I'll be headed to Colorado in Sept..... 2013 Until then, I'll have to live vicariously through you guys!
I'm actually not heading out myself this year for a variety of reasons... but I'll be back next year!
You are leaving the opening weekend of bowhuntin in Wisconsin? Figured you would be chasing whitetail up here then.
I haven't bowhunted Wisconsin in 3 years. Although I will be hunting for a few days in October at Todd's place in Green Lake, I certainly don't mind missing opening day to go chase elk in the mountains of Colorado.
