I currently shoot the Hoyt Maxxis 35 but was looking at the Elite Pure bow. Can anyone tell me the difference ? Would I be making a mistake to buy the Elite ?
The grip and draw cycles are very much different on the two. I think the draw cycle is smoother on the Elite with a more solid back wall thanks to the draw stops on the cams. I didn't like the Elite grip so I put a Shrewd grip on to fix that.Six of one, half a dozen of the other but what I like doesn't matter. It's what you like that matters. I will say that Elite is a first rate bunch of people to work with on anything, so you've got no worries there.
I haven't shot the pure yet but I have the judge and will never get rid of it.. From what i have been hearing on the pure it is heck of a bow and I am going to be checking it out. Plus nobody competes with Elites warranty..
