I called them with a question about draw weight settings and/or changing limbs and got a quick call back and a nice conversation with the rep. I've never had reason to call about any defect or warranty issues though. Sent from my VS500 using Tapatalk
I owned more then dozen elites over the years, not sure I ever had a warranty issue. Used to use the CS lot for limb swaps, cam changes ect ect back when they were a newer company. Then they were very good, and more then willing to work with individuals who did their own worth. Lately that has changed a bit as they have grown things are less personal, understandable so. That said I have had no issues with any thing I ordered from them and they been very responsive. I still rate their CS better then a few other bow companies I have had to deal with.
I to have called with some questions and received a quick call back and they were more than helpful. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
I've got an E32 set at 60lbs, at 28.5. Easton Axis 400s, with G5 T3 broadheads. Had a pass through on my Michigan buck this year. I'm heading to Manitoba next month for a bear hunt with this set up. I let you guys know how it goes.
Shot the Option 7 today finally. I really enjoyed it. Smooth draw, solid back wall, and quick. I had to order the one I wanted to get the color, but I can't wait till it gets here so I can set it up.
I sent my bow in for some new cams and different sized mods and it took 2 weeks longer than they said it would and I didn't hear from them until it showed up back at my local shop.. I wasn't very happy with that Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Only issue I had was I had to leave a message and it took a bit to get a response. BUT - they went above and beyond and got me the information I needed. My husband bought a brand new bow last year and our new bow shop realized that his bow was pieced together. Limbs from one bow and the rest what he thought it all was. Then found out he is pulling WAY more on the set of limbs then he should. We're still working on getting it straightened out - but Elite at least gave me all the information I needed.
I pulled the trigger, so to speak, on the Option 7. Luckily my local bow shop is a dealer, and they are excellent and take very good care of their customers. I'm keeping my Bear Lights Out as a backup, as I am still driving tacks with it. But, the bump in speed, and resulting effective range (with a lot of practice) will be a welcome change.
You wont be disappointed! Even though I just made the switch a month ago - I love the fact that I did!
Love them and they shoot great. One it set at 61-62 and the other is set at 58. Here is one Field tips and broad heads at 20 yards. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Finally picked mine up today. 29.5 / 60 QAD HDX TRUGLO HYPERSTRIKE 5 pin sight 6 inch bee stinger stabilizer 1 dozen GT 300s-10 left It's really smooth, great back wall, nice valley. Super easy to shoot. 25 -30 shots in to seething my 20 yd pin, I had my first Robin Hood ever. I've got to give it to the staff at No Limits Archery here in Denver. Bo was helping about 3 different people and still had me set up, shooting bullet holes within a couple of hours.
