Hey you all, I am 1 that like to bash a Site, But here goes my 1st. Eders.com Offer a discount to 1st Responders? So I sign up and u get a free hat well it coast you 15 dollars to get the Pro's Discount? so I wait about 3 weeks and I have no hats just kinda woundering, so I make a Call to Eders, and the person I talk to say we are so Sorry we get one out 1st thing in the Morning? So about 10 days to 2 weeks go by I call again, This time I think I talk to the Owner, and I tell him what has Happend, and He say well you will get it, I will personaly take care of it, He say I can remember it because your name is the Same 1st Name as Mine. Ok here we go again 2 weeks go By I call I get the Guy I talked to the 2nd Time (Dave), He remembers me, and says well they are on Back order, You would of thought I Burned his House down. He flip out. And all I say is I wish I would Of got a Call or Email about the Back Order. He say I am refunding you your 15 dollars back and I do not want your Bussiness? Wow I said That is Fine with me Hang up and I am pissed Real Bad. Well about 3 Days go By and I get the Hat, I took it Out Back And set it on Fire, and Emailed him The Picture.
