I was thinking about purchasing these arrows, I was wondering if anyone had any input on them?

I got some a couple months ago and I think they are great. They fly great and penetrate very good. They also pull very easy from targets.

What I really wanted to know is do you have problems with the vains staying on and them bending to easily.

I love mine, but may be trying some Victory shafts this year just to switch it up. They are great shafts, and I haven't found a reasonable complaint about them yet.

PS, the camo diamond plate looks bada.

While they can be bent it takes a lot to do it, probably enough that you'd wreck most carbon shafts anyway. They're a good solid arrow.

That is the arrow that I am planning to hunt this season if I get to.

Hey everyone, Im still kinda new to bowhunting and I was curious about everyones opinion of heavy vs. fast arrows. Last year was my first year with a bow and took a 2 year old six at 9 yd. Using a PSE nova at 50 lbs, the arrow penetrated only 8-10in. I think the only reason I recovered him was because of the rage bh I was using. (not a pitch). This year I found a Newer nova that pulls 65-80lbs and have no trouble pulling it. Is it wise to go with a heavy heavy arrow (around 650-750grains) or try to get the extra speed. Regardless Ill still be using the Rage bh from last year.

If you're hunting deer I feel it just doesn't matter. At 65 lbs your still going to get plenty of penetration on a deer even with a minimum (5 gr. / lb.) arrow. When you step up to bigger critters or start shooting bows of lower poundage then you need to look more closely at gaining some hitting power with a heavier shaft.

It really shouldn't matter on the penetration, but you will be able to control the arrow flight better with a little more weight. More weight makes the shot a little more forgiving.
