So, I picked up a half-dozen Eason Backdrafts from ****'s, yesterday. They come with one free tracer nock, installed. Well, the nock never lit up . So, I called Easton and they suggested that I read the instructions and properly install the magnet on my riser. What magnet?. . . What instructions?? Thanks alot, ****'s  (fitting, isn't it?)

Long story, short; Four calles and three locations later, I'm still waiting for the manger to call me back (was supposed to be within the hour, two hours ago). But, in the mean time, I called Easton' CS department, back. . . and my new tracer kit is in the mail, free of charge.

Major kudos to the good folks at Easton for taking care of business and cleaning up yet another mess created by the cluelessness of the major chain idiots. This issue should have never been this difficult to solve.

(I think this is my first rant. I feel better, now :D)

    Josh,
thats why go to a local bow shop to purchase accessaries, i'm sure DAVE's Archery (@ the GTG) would have helped you out. I know thats a long ride for 1/2 doz arrows.

Any local shops around your area?????????????

    Good Luck Bro

Josh, give me a call if you need to. I use the Tracer nocks, and were you serious about no instructions or magnets? I have extra magnets.

Here's a little video tutorial I did. Video, CLICK ME:

Rob, hell of a shot on that tutorial. . but of course, I'm not surprised :) pm sent

Chris, yeah we have a pretty good shop here in Columbus but I think the mega-chain has an exclusive on these arrows, at the moment. . . and the price was very right.
btw, they shoot nicely, incase anyone else is considering using them. Just be sure to check the contents of the box, before leaving the store ;)

    LOL, thanks Josh.

Give me a call and we'll shoot the breeze again. And then PM me your address so I can mail out a magnet. Remember the video, I glued mine on, the velcro didn't cut it.

You got it :D. I have new tube of Fastset Gel from Easton (btw Scott, if you read this, you were right; Arizona Archery tube but Easton has aparently acquired it). . and it did the job nicely on my inserts.
I'm not sure when you're off work, so I'll wait until 6 - 7, to call. Home adress will be waiting in your in box . . and again, much appreciated!!
